Our Kitchen - Salmon with cilantro, tomato, onion, and lemon

Yes, we love to eat...and when driving 2,800 miles across country, there's not much more to post on other than the next restaurant.  I'm the first to admit that this has been more of a food blog than a travel blog at the outset.  So, I figured it wouldn't hurt to put my cooking up against all of the great restaurants we've eaten at...tonight we found the wild Copper River salmon on sale at Von's (http://www.vons.com/), so I whipped up baked salmon with cilantro, tomato, onion, and lemon.


Next thing you know, you'll be calling it a beer blog since there's a bottle of IPA or stout in almost every picture!
